34th Day Of Internship At Batey Ads

For the whole morning, Sue Ann (Art Director), Puven (Copywriter) and I had been working on the ads for Yellow Pages. We came up with a few concepts and then Puven and I came up with a few headlines.

At lunchtime, I had lunch with Rachel (Account Manager) and Jackye (CEO's PA) in the pantry. We talked about why some Christians don't celebrate Christmas... hehehe...

At 3 p.m., there was a meeting between the Account Management ppl and the Creative ppl... regarding the BP account that they just managed to pitch last week. Rees (Account Executive), Rachel and Julius (Account Director) are handling the account.

After the meeting, I talked to Rees and Rachel... on MSN. Rachel could sense that I was unhappy and I didn't wanna tell her what happened between me and Brandon at first but she was smart enough to figure it out. But she was totally okie with us. She even advised me to take things slow and told me to make sure that I stick with my decision, whatever it might be.

At the same time, Rees asked what I was busy with (cuz I was on "busy" mode on MSN). And I replied, "I'm busy doing nothing... why didn't you ask me out for lunch today?" and he said, "I wouldn't wanna disturb you as you were busy doing nothing... how could I disturb you when you were doing something so (un)productive?" Kekeke... He also noticed that I wasn't happy today so he asked what was bothering me and I told him that it was some personal stuff. I figured that since he didn't know anything about me and Brandon (plus it was already 5.30 p.m.; I was supposed to meet Brandon at 5.45 p.m.), I might as well keep this as a secret.

I waited for Brandon till 6.10 p.m. and then we went to Fantasy Music Centre in Sunway Pyramid to purchase Eric Lin Jian Hui (Lim Kien Fei)'s latest album. Eric Lim is a good friend of mine... who can sing really well and the winner of Astro Talent Quest in 2001. After that, we had dinner at Zen Japanese Restaurant. He had a sashimi dinner set and I had chicken teriyaki... oh, I LOVE Japanese food!!! It's my fav!!! Hehehe... we had green tea ice-cream after that too...

We managed to talk things out and everything's cool now... =) I told him about Eric Cham and Daniel Ding too...
