48th Day Of Internship At Batey Ads

In the morning, I had been working on a poem on Love Letters (as in, kuih kapit... a beautiful and delicate layered pastry served during Chinese New Year). Puven, the Copywriter told me to write it for a CNY press ad for the Ministry Of Transport (MOT). This what I wrote:

Love letters,
More than a layered pastry,
A symbol of love and unity;
The hands that made them,
Are the hands of people who hope to bring joy and prosperity,
To those who consume them;

Love letters,
Oh how beautiful and delicate they are,
Life can be as beautiful and delicate,
So appreciate life and all of its treasures,
Because you only live once,
And tomorrow is not promised to anyone...

I was supposed to have lunch with Brandon and Jin Da today but I was busy with work so they went to lunch without me. Brandon tapau-ed Maggi Mee Goreng Ayam for me... so sweet... I had lunch at his office and he chatted with me while I was eating.

I got a msg from Agnel Raj today... Agnel is the drummer of my favorite band, Altered Frequency (he viewed my Friendster profile today and saw what I wrote under their group pic: "My favorite band: Altered Frequency (The lead singer, Andy Yeoh, is a friend of mine)". This is what he said:

Oiiiiiiiiiiii! Only the lead singer of AF your friend ah... tsk... tsk... TERRIBLE... hehehe... make sure you come for the Delirious gig in February. AF will be opening and soon after that, our 2nd album will be launched...
