55th Day Of Internship At Batey Ads (Last Day)

My last day at Batey Ads... was unforgettable! =D For the entire day, I read transcripts for Friends (Season 4) and I almost laughed out loud... hehehe... ;P After lunchtime, Clifford came up and harassed me... as always. He called me a "gorgeous redhead" and he kept asking Puven if he thought I was gorgeous so Puven just smiled. I mean, what else could he say? ;P

Clifford reminded us that the Batey party was at 5 p.m. Then I mentioned that the CEO, Tony Lee, bought a few bottles of red wine (I LOVE red wine) and Clifford encouraged me to drink more later on. He was like, "Ooh... the gorgeous redhead loves red wine... later we get drunk, okie..." =P I'm gonna miss him... =)

At 5 p.m., the party at the Chill-Out Room (Batey's very own lounge) began. We had a great time chatting (esp with Su Ann, Rachel, Zana, Azamin), eating and drinking liquor and wine. I found out that Su Ann's surname is Tan and her name is spelt as Su Ann, not Sue Ann... =P

I didn't eat much cuz Brandon, JD and Rees were supposed to take me out for dinner... ;D And because I didn't eat much, I made a fool of myself. I drank 4 glasses of red wine right after I finished 3 glasses of Chivas whiskey... all within half an hour. Hey, that was because Lee and Su Ann kept pouring the red wine for me, okie... I didn't wanna get drunk! >.< But I got drunk... AGAIN... *sighs* Obviously, Brandon wasn't very happy about it... cuz I couldn't even walk straight and Su Ann had to escort me up the stairs to take my bag... =P

On the way up to the Creative Department, I said my goodbyes to Lee, Wilson and Puven (in a drunken state) and we promised to keep in touch. When I came down, I hugged Rachel and told her I was gonna miss her. I'm already missing everybody at Batey Ads... ='( I love ya'll!!! Zana asked me if I would consider coming back to Batey after I graduated... so I told her that Batey Ads would be my 1st option. She seemed pleased that I said that... =)

After the party, JD and Brandon brought me to Wong Kok Char Chan Teng in SS2 to have dinner. I was still hungover during dinner and I talked a lotta nonsense... so Brandon was annoyed... =P My bad... my bad... sorry, Brandon...

After dinner, they brought me to Coffee Bean and I had English tea. The 3 of us took a few pics together at Coffee Bean (I was half sober by then) and then Rees finally came at almost 10 p.m. He only stayed for a while... and I was a lil' mad cuz he came late. Rees and I took a pic together... with JD in between us. I wanted to take a pic with Rees ALONE but he seemed to feel uncomfy about it... so that was why JD sat between us.

I noticed that Rees could never look at me in eye when I talked to him. He doesn't talk much to me whenever Brandon is around. But he could talk a lot over the phone or when we're alone together. I always find it peculiar that he gives a million excuses whenever I ask him to come to dinner with Brandon and I. And when he joins us, he would only stay for a while. Like just now, I felt hurt that he came late... and that he didn't wanna take a pic with me alone... and that he couldn't look me in the eye when I talked to him... and that he left early... *sighs* Why has he been avoiding me? =( I just dun understand why he feels uncomfy with me whenever Brandon is around... *sighs* What happened to my tze mui?! =/

I feel so sad that I'm not gonna usher in the New Year with Brandon tmr night... ='( He's going back to his hometown in Johor Bahru... *sobz*
