My Night Out With My Homies!

Last night (Sat night), I went out to dinner with Hsiao Wei (aka Julz), Heng Woon (Hsiao Wei's boyfriend), Jasmine, Yih Shin (Jas' boyfriend) and Vicky at Chili's Grill & Bar Family Restaurant in Mid Valley Megamall. Vicky picked me up from my house at 6.30 p.m. and then we waited at Starbucks for the rest to arrive.

When Julz and her boyfriend appeared, Vicky and I were surprised because Julz didn't mention that she would bring her boyfriend along. Last night was the very 1st time we met Heng Woon and he seemed like a pretty decent guy (you're so blessed, Julz... ;D) altho he hardly talked... maybe he was a lil' shy... hehehe... When Jas and Yih Shin finally arrived, Vicky and I looked at each other in mock horror cuz the girls brought their respective boyfriends and we didn't bring ours! It's not like we were "kiasu" or anything... hahaha... we just felt like a coupla lamp posts on a double date! =P

So Vicky tried calling Pui Yin, Bindiya and Li Foong but Pui Yin had somewhere else to go (clubbing, I think), Bin was in the shower (apparently, she takes forever to shower... hey, kinda like me... ;P) and Li Foong was with her boyfriend at Times Square... =/

While waiting to be seated, Yih Shin asked about Brandon so I played dumb... saying, "Who's Brandon??? I'm single la..." Hehehe... Not long after that, Brandon called to "check on me" (cuz he was worried that I would get drunk again) and then Vicky and Jas jokingly asked Brandon to come and pay the bill for us... ;P

We had a great time eating and chatting... we even had an "all-girls conference" in the ladies' room... talking about our boyfriends... hehehe... ;D And lucky me, I spotted a hot-looking guy checking us out on the way to the ladies' room... hahaha... I felt like I was 17 again! I usta be so incredibly boy-crazy! I know some of you guys think that I still am, right? *shrugs*

During dinner, we laughed so much (thanks to Vicky and Julz) till Julz and Jas had tummy ache! Hehehe... Vicky was making fun of almost everybody at the table while Julz kept saying the wrong things which made us laugh so hard, other ppl were staring at us. At first, she went like, "I feel so hot down there" (she meant her legs) but Vicky, being the "President of the Pervert Club" (hey, I'm only the Vice Prez... ;P), turned every word that came out from Julz mouth into some dirty joke... hahaha! Then Vicky and I fed each other and tried to behave like a "loving couple" cuz the other 2 couples were so lovey-dovey... hehehe... Oh boy... I never laughed so hard in months! =D

The dinner was fantastic... we shared an Awesome Blossom (hand-battered and seasoned, fried, colossal onion and Chili's famous seasoned sauce) and then I had Grilled Salmon with Garlic & Herbs (8 oz. salmon fillet seasoned with garlic and herbs; served with rice and fresh veggies). I wanted to order the Citrus Fire Chicken & Prawn (a spicy combo of Margarita Grilled Chicken and garlic and lime grilled prawn; served with rice, fresh veggies and pico de gallo). Chili's Caesar Salad was scrumptious too! *drools* The Monterey Chicken (marinated, grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce, applewood smoked bacon, cheese and tomatoes; served with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies) that Jas shared with Yih Shin was highly recommended too! Ooh... I wanna go there again!

While waiting for the bill to arrive, we took some pics together with Yih Shin's camera phone. After we left the restaurant, we walked all the way up to the McD's adjacent to GSC cuz Vicky wanted to buy some fries for her sis. Julz and I wanted to watch a movie but some of us had to go home early so we went our separate ways after chatting for a while outside McD's.

On the way home, Vicky told me all about her new boyfriend, Peter Tan (whom I've yet to meet). When I reached home, I felt fulfilled because I really enjoyed myself with my best friends! I love ya'll! *muaks!* *hugz*
