After class at 6 p.m. today, Rogers Sek Mun Choong, a friend from St. Gabriel's Church (SGC) who's also a former Boys' Brigade member that I've known since I was 13 came to pick me up from college and while waiting for me, he bumped into a classmate of mine, Melissa. Apparently, Rogers knows Mel's boyfriend... *shrugs* Anywayz, I think I set tongues wagging when Cindy Yee, Vanessa Lim and of coz, Melissa saw Rogers picking me up and I bet they thought he was my new bf or something... oh well... *shrugs* Rogers is my age, btw... and the bassist of this band called MiLLa. I'm quite proud of him... altho I had never been to any of his gigs before... =P But when his album comes out in March, I'm definitely gonna buy it... ;)
It wasn't really a date... just 2 friends hanging out... *ahem* We went to 1-Utama, bought tickets for Fearless, and then we walked around for a while before we finally decided to have dinner at Esquire Kitchen. We had a great time catching up and it's amazing that I never noticed him before... =P When we were younger, I was close to his sis, Jasmine, who's a year younger than us... But now we've drifted apart... =/ Jasmine was the friendliest girl in SGC hence she left a huge impression on me. When I told Rogers that, he went like, "Like bro, like sis..." I could only roll my eyes when he said that... hehehe... ;P
After the movie, we had garlic cheese naan at Steven's Corner in OUG. I thought SS2 Murni's garlic cheese naan was the best but the one at Steven's Corner was absolutely scrumptious!!! I took a few bites and Rogers finished the rest of it. I had a great time tonight and I hope we could hang out more often as I really enjoyed his company... ;D
