: . † . : Mission 3:16 : . † . :

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

loved, agapao
The kind of love that God has for humankind is totally different from any human kind of love. The word agapao means "unconditional love" and "love by choice and by an act of the will." The word denotes unconquerable benevolence and undefeatable goodwill. Agapao will never seek anything but the highest good for fellow humankind. Agapao (the verb) and agape (the noun) are the words for unconditional love. It does not need chemistry, affinity, or feeling. Agapao is a word that exclusively belongs to the Christian community. It is a love virtually unknown to writers outside the New Testament. The world does not understand this kind of love because it is a totally selfless and spiritual love. Agapao is the God kind of love, which is pure and giving, unlike the world's love which is based on feelings. God has this love for you and wants to pour it into your heart.

DEFINITION OF JOHN 3:16

Because God's love is great, He could not just watch man die in his sin; instead, He chose to provide a way for man to be freed from sin's penalty and power. That way was to send Jesus, His only Son, to pay the price for sin. Jesus' death on the cross and His following resurrection took care of the debt incurred by our sin and provided eternal life. Any who believe in what Christ has done can experience that freedom and life, because there is no restriction based upon age, race, or socioeconomic status — salvation is available to everyone! All we have to do is open our hearts to believe, and eternal life can begin right now.

John 3:16 is perhaps the most quoted verse in the Bible, and it contains the most important truth in the Bible: God loved humankind so much that He sent His Son to die on the cross. Through this sacrifice, God offers His gift of salvation to anyone who will receive it by faith. In order to be forgiven of your sins and live eternally with God, you must believe in Jesus Christ and receive Him into your life.

Loving The Darkness Rather Than The Light

God did not send Jesus Christ into the world to point the heavy finger of condemnation. Through Jesus Christ, God's loving arms are open wide to all people everywhere, no matter how evil their lives may be. God will welcome them into His kingdom if they repent of their sins and obey the gospel. However, the sad fact is that some people will still choose to reject God and love the darkness.

***

We can't contain what's inside
Thunder and lightning can't hide
Freed from the past, destined to win
Taking the Gospel where it's never been

We don't know what we will find
Deep behind enemy lines
We are the called
We are the few
Ready to serve Him and willing to do

He did not come into the world
But to save us
He came so He could set us free
Not enslave us
Freely we received
Freely we must give
The message of salvation to live

We're on a mission and we'll go
Where the brave dare to fly
We're on a mission and we know
It's a race do or die
To know Him and make Him known is our creed
Letting the fire be freed
Mission 3:16!

What's so great about god? Why is there so many people suffering out there? If God create everything, why don't he make the world better? Why he created so many stupid people that caused the global warming? Why he created so many terrorist to kill innocent people? Why he created so many poor countries like Africa? Why God created so many deadly disease like AIDS? If he is really that great, why don't he make christianity the only religion in the world?

You have given me some ideas about what god is about. But I still don't agree with you that people who loves and honor God is generally protected from the curses. According to research, 1,400 children under the age of 15 die of AIDS-related illnesses every day. Those children are innocent, they know nothing about free sex nor drug yet they were punished to death.

I am not a pastor.
I specialized in butt kicking, whereas pastor specialize on healing and make people feel good.

Give God the glory. I am nothing but a broken sinner. And I do not speak out of my own wisdom but God's Spirit in me was ministering to Mr. Anonymous.

To Mr. Anonymous, I have some guidelines for you if you are willing and desire to accept Christ's redemption. I will put them on this page later today.

:)
Be bless all you little ones of Christ. Don't bully Michelle too much on her birthday or I will come back and kick your butt too.
