I woke up early today... oops... I mean, YESTERDAY (July 16th, Saturday)... to do the journal entries for Cross-Cultural Studies... but I had writer's block and I couldn't write a single word... *sighs* Okie, maybe it wasn't that early... I woke up at 10 a.m. =P
Anywayz, I had a great time with my friends today... 5 of us (Bindiya, Sacha, Janet, Eric & I) went to 1-Utama at 4 ish, collected our movie tickets at GSC and we went shopping... (Eric did his own shopping). I bought a pair of Primavera sandals that cost me RM 69.90... and they are definitely NOT made for walking... my last toes are swollen now... hahaha!!! But the sandals look nice on me and I love 'em... hehehe...
The movie was at 5.35 p.m., so we went back to GSC 10 mins before the movie and bought yummy food like fish & chips, 1901 Hot Dogs (Chicago Beef) and caramel popcorn... *drools* Before the movie began, there were sneak previews of upcoming movies like Premonition (Japanese horror flick) and The Ghost Inside (Taiwanese horror flick)... so we had been spooked out even before The Amityville Horror began...
The movie was totally scary!!! It's NOT for the faint-hearted! It's based on a true story, ya know... which makes it even scarier!!! I'll never ever watch another horror movie again... arrrghh!!!
After the movie, we had dinner at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng (similar to Kim Gary Cafe & Restaurant)... they both serve Hong Kong cuisines. I LOVE the food at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng... especially the "chee cheong fun" with XO sauce... and the French-style fried rice... and also the cheese-baked rice... but I do think that Kim Gary's cheese-baked rice is better... =D
I had a wonderful time yesterday, you guys... thanks for being so crazy and wonderfully weird... hahaha!!! Too bad Pui Yin, Jasmine, Vicky & Li Foong couldn't make it yesterday... hopefully, we could go out again really soon... all 8 of us! ;D I love hanging out with you guys... and I miss all of you so much!!! *hugz*
I truly appreciate each and everyone of you cuz you guys are always the best ppl to hang out with and I know I can always count on ya'll... Thank you for being my wonderful soul sistas!!! *muaks!*
