Kancil Awards For Advertising Students

I'm so happy!!! My ads were shortlisted by my Creative Execution & Production lecturer, Lawrence Chan for the Kancil Awards!!! For the benefit of those who dun already know, the Kancil Awards is Malaysia's largest, most prestigious advertising awards competition. Entries are judged by a highly qualified panel of local and international Creative Directors, whose primary interest is in determining if an entry contains an idea; afterwards whether the idea or ad is well executed... fuiyoh... I'm so proud... hehehe...

The Brief

Background

Nobody knows you. You're just another ad student amongst thousands of hopefuls. Like everyone else, you've got your eye on the top agencies in town. But a great portfolio alone is not going to land you a juicy offer to work with the best ECDs. You need to win their attention. You need to win a Kancil Student Award.

Objective - To get a job in top agency

Target - The top ECDs in town

Current Perception - You're a freshie out of college. What have you got to show?

Desired Response - Get every ECD to say, "I must hire this person."

Single Most Important Challenge - Promote yourself
