Sam looked genuinely happy to see me after so many years. We had a great time chatting and laughing over dinner... Sam was constantly making fun of her bf and then she told us a funny story about what Han did for her on Valentine's Day, etc. She's really pretty but she's tomboyish... hehehe... so she was too ashamed to hold the flowers that her bf gave her on Valentine's Day... hence she made her bf hold the flowers for her in front of her friends... =P
I really like guys who have a soft spot for babies... cuz I know that guys like that are sensitive (in a good way, of coz) and they would make wonderful fathers next time... *sighs dreamily* Rogers seems so perfect, huh? ^_^ Btw, during the dinner, Rogers and I fed each other every now and then... ^_^ Sooooooo romantic... *sighs dreamily*
At 10 ish, we went to watch The Pink Panther at IOI Mall (we went there cuz it was the only place we could purchase tickets for that movie at the last minute). Rogers held my hand for the very 1st time in the cinema... and in case you were wondering if I used my "infamous tactic" to get him to hold my hand... well... YES... I did... muahahaha!!! But I was REALLY cold, okie... I didn't fake it this time... ;P
After the movie, he held my hand proudly in front of his 2 friends and when we were saying our goodbyes at the car park, Sam said, "So I guess I'll be seeing you around... since you and him are... you know..." Then she winked at me... hehehe... She seemed really happy for Rogers and I... and I'm glad... =D
On the way back to my house, Rogers held my hand the whole time. Then he walked me to my doorstep and... NO, he didn't gimme a goodbye kiss... hehehe... We agreed to take things slow, remember? He's such a gentleman... that's one of the things I love about him... ;D
About half an hour later, he gave me a call to tell me that he had reached home safely. Then I said to him, "I wanted to tell you to gimme a call when you're home... but I didn't know what you would say about that... so I decided not to say anything. And now you're actually calling me... wow... it was as tho you read my mind..." And then he said, "I'm a sensitive person, remember?" I smiled and said, "I know... and I really like that... cuz you always do the things that I wish you would do... and you always do that without my having to say it out loud..."
I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world... I really hope and pray that this relationship would last... *crosses fingers* Btw, one of his friends, Joyce, will be throwing a birthday party next Sat night... and Rogers had asked me to go there with him. I'm looking fwd to that cuz he's gonna introduce me to more of his friends... ^_^ People who know us from way back will be so shocked to know that we're together... I mean, who would have thought that Rogers Sek and Michelle Kirsten Tai would end up as a couple? =P

ah so a couple eh? happy for u!! but no offence girl. dun mean to throw cold water on u now but as sensitive as guys are, they are most of the time not sensitive. but, rogers may be different :)

Okie!!! Thanks for being supportive, Julz... I've stopped crying over Eric ever since Rogers came into my life... I'm very happy... I'm overjoyed, really... I feel so blessed... =)
