Movie Review: Transformers

I watched Transformers last night (yeah, I know, what took me so long, right?) and I was not disappointed when the credits rolled, despite some bad reviews I read and heard prior to the movie. From what I know, the Transformers toy line was launched in the '80s, and was promoted through comic books and cartoon TV series. Although the comics outlived the animated series, it was the TV series that captured the hearts and minds of children worldwide, including my second elder brother Kelvin... =) I wanted to cheer when Optimus Prime (my favorite Autobot) first appeared on the screen... ;P

However, the trash-talking that goes on between Optimus Prime and Megatron kinda made me wince cuz I didn't think they would insult each other with what sound like corny lines from TNA Wrestling or something. Oh, by the way, I reckon that eBay must have paid a boatload of money to have their brand mentioned so many times in the film. And I didn't know that Panasonic makes SD cards. I do now... ;P

Nevertheless, this movie is the best CGI-enhanced movie I've ever watched! Check these out:

And panasonics has some of the better cards out there
Anyway, must remind myself to watch transformers
