Today marks the 50th anniversary of Malaysia's independence from our previous British colonial masters in 1957.

2007: Year of Jubilee

Indeed, Malaysia is very significant to God. It's a special country and God has chosen it for great purposes.

The 50th anniversary of Malaysia's independence is VERY significant.

Jubilee is a significant term of celebration and rejoicing. It's defined in Leviticus 25:9 as Yovel in Hebrew, as the sabbatical year after 7 cycles of 7 years.

In the Book of Revelation, the number 7 is used throughout. There are 7 churches, 7 spirits, 7 stars, 7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 vials, 7 personages, 7 dooms, and 7 new things. SEVEN symbolizes Spiritual Perfection. All of life revolves around this number. SEVEN is used over 700 times in the Bible. It's used 54 times in the Book of Revelation.

The whole Word of God is founded upon the number 7. In other words, the number 7 to God is a number of perfection and fulfilment. We rest on the 7th day of the week (Sunday) because God rested on and sanctified the 7th day of the Creation Week.

In the Hebrew calendar, 31st of August 2007 (which is TODAY) is 17th of Elul 5767. Can you see? There are already three 7s in the Hebrew calendar.

God has chosen this nation for a purpose, Malaysia. Every 50 years bring us to a new Pentecost*. And we are reaching that kairos** moment of the new Pentecost. It's gonna be amazing!

One of the prominent feasts in the year, celebrated the 50th day after Easter Sunday.

kairos** (καιρός)
An ancient Greek word meaning the "right or opportune moment" or "a time in between", a moment of undetermined period of time in which "something" special happens.

Anywayz, it's up to us whether we'll experience that FREEDOM after the 50th year of Jubilee. We need to have FAITH and PRAY and BELIEVE and WORK towards it!

After the 50th year of Jubilee, we celebrate and look towards the future. We let go of the past to obtain FREEDOM for the future. That's why, it's a time of breakthrough, deliverance and freedom! Let go of the past! It's a NEW BEGINNING! Especially for me!!!

So brothers and sisters in Christ, let's pray that Malaysia will experience a NEW BEGINNING of a new level with God. The next wave of the Holy Spirit is coming like never before. Let's pray and have faith in it!
