For the whole day today, I had been working on the print ads for the dog food brand, Pedigree. The Creative Director, Julian Yap briefed me on what to put in the ads and all I got was the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of the brand: No Preservatives. I managed to come up with the headlines and the body copy for the ads. I even did some research on Pedigree at its website www.pedigree.com. I even came up with 2 concepts with rough scams... but Julian said she would only see my work on Friday as she is busy with the ongoing advertising campaigns for TM Online and MOT (Ministry Of Transport).
I sent my journal entry to Vicky Ho (my internship counselor) this morning and this is what she replied:
