It Has Been An Eventful Week... ^_^ [UPDATED]

Sunday (April 15th)

I led in worship for the 1st time in SLS today! I was a lil' nervous at 1st but thanks to my family's support and prayers, I was able to overcome my nervousness and shyness and the Holy Spirit guided me through! The worship was Spirit-filled... all glory and praise go to God! =D The sermon today was a powerful one on persecuted Christians worldwide and it really impacted the youths of Christ Clan cuz during our cell meeting after the service, we were very emotional as we shared our feelings and thoughts about the sermon. We prayed for a long time after that as we humbled ourselves and seeked God... =)

After service, I went to The Curve with Angeline and Kiyo and we did some window shopping and got ourselves fake tattoos... hehehe... and here they are:

Monday (April 16th)

It has been a rather mundane day... =/ I was supposed to meet up with Chun Hau (the head of the Publicity Team in the GetReal'07 youth camp committee) to have a brainstorm session for our camp's official launch but he was too busy to meet up so we postponed our discussion to another day.


Tuesday (April 17th)

Chloe Wong Xin Yee was born at 12.30 a.m. today!

She's the daughter of Aaron (my cousin) and Joanna. CLICK HERE and HERE to read about their wedding.

Jenn (my Account Director) and I went to a boutique today to meet a client and this boutique is for VIPs only (I can't tell you the name of the boutique cuz da owner is a client of ours). The owner was Michelle Yeoh's fashion consultant so it was a privilege for Jenn and I to try on gorgeous outfits there... weren't we fortunate? ^_^

Wednesday (April 18th)

Did I tell you my sis-in-law (my eldest bro's wife) was expecting their 2nd child? Lois Tai En Qii was born at 11.45 a.m. today!!! I'm the proudest aunt in the world right now!!! ^_^ I have 3 princesses now: Eunice, Lois & Chloe!!! WOOHOO!!! I jumped up and down excitedly when I received my mom's SMS! I was supposed to meet up with Chun Hau for lunch but he was among the 1st few ppl who rushed to the hospital to see my niece and my sis-in-law, Li Li... hehehe... my bro is his cell leader so he treats my bro like his own... =P Not long after receiving the good news, I text Dan to let him know the good news and then he called me. He surprised me by saying that he would be coming to KL tomorrow!!! ^_^ On my birthday!!! Can you believe it??? *does a stupid dance*

After I hung up the phone, I ran to the Creative Team's room and jumped up and down excitedly again! Hahaha!!! Kiyo and Angeline were laughing at me but I didn't care... ;P In case you were wondering, my other colleagues had gone out for lunch so they didn't see me squealing like an idiot... hehehe... ;P

After work, Kiyo and I went to Tung Shin Hospital to visit Li Li and Lois. I carried my newborn princess in my arms for a short while and I couldn't stop staring at her angelic face... *melts* After that, Kiyo and I adjourned to Green Box in Sungei Wang to celebrate my birthday. When we reached there, there was only Gina in the karaoke room so I assumed Angeline went to the loo something. They did ask Jerry and Adrian to come along (Kenny was in China, btw) but apparently, they had "some stuff to do" so they couldn't make it. When Angeline finally appeared, we started our buffet dinner. I was pleasantly surprised when Adrian and Jerry appeared a few mins later with my birthday gift: Zildjian Black Hickory Drumsticks.




We had a great time singing our fav songs, dancing to hip-hop songs and drinking red wine... hehehe... ;P Here are the pics we took:

I was touched when they surprised me with a birthday cake at midnight... =') Jessica aka Mamajes (the oh-so-sexy Creative Director) called and gave me a kiss over the phone... hehehe... *winks at Angeline* And of course, Dan was the 1st to text me... ^_^ Some of my bhanders did wish me too so thanks, you guys!!! Love y'all!!! And I love my fellow colleagues too... you guys are the best!!! *muaks!*

Thursday (April 19th)

Today a friend of mine, Bryan Lim, came to my office for hair and face makeover (I can't elaborate much here so look out for our May & June issue to find out! ;D).

I turned 22 today (like you dunno that already) so Yoong Hui (my CEO), Jon (my COO), Jenn (my Account Director) and Mamajes took me to a Japanese restaurant for lunch... ^_^ Mamajes asked Adrian to come along for some reason... *ahem!* There has been a rumor going on about Adrian and I... =/ For some reason, everyone in the office thinks we're secretly together or something... =_="

Friday (April 20th)

I was supposed to go to 3 places in the evening: Zouk for a Topshop/Topman fashion show with Jenn (we got media passes to cover the event), St. Gabriel's Church (for the GetReal'07 youth camp committee meeting), and SOULed Out with Daniel (my cell leader), Jessie (my cousin/my cell leader's wife), Bridget and Keith (my cousin) but in the end... *sighs* I had already told Jessie and Daniel that I couldn't make it cuz I had to attend the committee meeting (I'm in the Publicity Team) so I thought of going to the meeting and then go to Zouk for the event but because the event started earlier than expected, I couldn't go... =/

Saturday (April 21st)

Jacq, the Editor had an extra ticket (under Media) to Good Charlotte's concert to cover the event and I was supposed to go with her but I decided not to go at the last minute cuz I had EE (Evangelism Explosion) assignments to do and I had to think of ideas for the official camp launch so I went to my bro's house instead to visit Li Li and Lois... =P To my surprise, nearly half the camp committee was there: Joel, Joycelyn, Shawn, Keng Lee and Rebecca.
